More or Less (a statistics programme on Today Radio4) with Tim Harvard conducted their own Alternative Census with 14000 listeners. Asking more open questions but still getting results (ive yet to see them published…this is what i scribbled down whislt listening to the show)
10000 laugh more than twice a day.
Wales laugh the least while northern Ireland laughs the most

I think its a brilliant piece of micro research. They also interviewed Prof Andrew olswold who is conducting a wellbeing study for the london school of economics.
